Dr. Aysha Mohammed Bahlool
PHD in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Author of 15 Cookbook Encyclopedias “The Chef”
and ranked first in the number of publications in the Arab region. She presented many TV
shows in various channels such as MBC, CNBC, Bahrain TV, Saudi Arabia TV, Qatar TV, Kuwait
TV and other Television shows.
Participated in many international arbitration and evaluation programs. Participated in
international courses and cultural festivals, including book fairs in the GCC.
The first woman to hold the position of general manager of a hotel in the GCC based on her
qualifications and experience, where she was chosen for the position of General Manager for
a group of hotels in Dubai, UAE in 2009; a position first held by a woman in the GCC.
Deputy Secretary of the esteemed Bahrain Businesswomen's Association. She was honored
with the Global Pioneering Golden Medal for Arab Women Pioneers. She was honored at the
Arab-African Investment Conference.
She aspired to achieve more than that, as she franchised her chain of restaurants, currently
in the United States of America, and owns two restaurants in the Kingdom of Bahrain
