Dr. Shaikha Eshaa Mohammed Alkhalifa

Dr. Shaikha Eshaa holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the University of
Bahrain and a Masters in Artificial Intelligence as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy in
Cognitive Science with her project as an Artificial Intelligence model.

Her career started after the Masters degree as a Graduate Assistant in the Computer Science

section of the University of Bahrain. Since then, she worked in various positions including a
Director position in the Deanship of Registration and changed University to the Royal

University for Women to become a Dean of the college of Technology and then Acting Vice
President of RUW and then again back to the University of Bahrain as advisor to the President
of the University of Bahrain. She then retired early to shift course to the private sector and
found her own technology company which now serves a large customer base in the country

and is forging new international partnerships.

She has authored three books;

2012: Cognitively Informed Intelligent Interfaces: Systems Design and Development

2011: E-Strategies for Resource Management Systems: Planning and Implementation

2006: Cognitively Informed Systems: Utilizing Practical Approaches to Enrich Information

Presentation and Transfer

And a US software patent under her name as well as many research papers. She is now an
investor, in real estate, company shares as well as her favorite baby which is the tech
company she founded.
