HM the King receives a congratulatory cable from Bahrain

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has received cables of congratulations

from state officials, marking the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow
State University for International Relations to award HM the King an honorary
doctorate, in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence,

and dialogue amongst various religions and cultures.
In the cables, they all wished HM the King good health, happiness and long life to

continue leading the march of progress and prosperity and accomplish further

achievements and contributions. HM also received a cable from Bahrain
