BBS Meeting with H.E Ambassador of Russia

Monday, March 29, 2021 - A delegation from the Society headed by Businesswoman and President Ahlam
Janahi and BBS Head of the Economic Committee Esmahan Bokhowa, visited the Russian embassy and met
with H.E the Russian Ambassador to Bahrain, Igor Kremnev, in the presence of the Embassy attaché, Mr. Nikita
Kuzmin, where they briefed him on the documentary book launched by the Society highlighting its activities
and achievements over the past 20 years.
Ambassador Igor congratulated BBS President Ahlam Janahi and the Society on the ocassion of its 20th
anniversary, noting that it was years full of achievements and milestones representing the Society’s efforts and
perseverance of all of its members, stressing that he is confident that the Society will continue its distinguished
journey of giving and development in the service of the business sector in general and for businesswomen in
particular, stressing the continuation of cooperation between the embassy and the society.

BBS Meeting with H.E Ambassador of Morocco

Sunday, April 4, 2021 - The Society received at its Zinj Premises H.E. the Moroccan Ambassador to Bahrain,
Mustapha Benkhayi and his wife, who congratulated the Society’s Board on the occasion of the 20th
anniversary of its founding. The recent period, as well as some of its future projects, and ways to revitalize
trade and investment relations between the businesswomen sector in the two brotherly countries were
discussed in light of the distinguished political relations that bind the wise leadership in both countries,
and means of opening communication lines to create commercial partnerships in the near future were
discussed. His Excellency the Moroccan ambassador, responded to the ideas presented during the meeting,
and promised to further develop bilateral communication with the authorities concerned in Morocco. H.E.
Mr. Benkhayi was presented a copy of the Society’s documentary book.
