Welcome Note

Welcome to Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society (BBS).

Her Highness Shaikha Thajiba bint Salman Al Khalifa is
the Honorary President of the Bahrain Businesswomen
Society. Our mission is to serve as a businesswomen’s
center for networking, information and advocacy for
our members. The society works to set up seminars,
conferences, and workshops for its members. They
participate in social, economic, and cultural events
around the country. In addition, the society promotes
cooperation and coordination with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
local businesses and international networking partnerships. Today, we have
approximately 120 members. BBS is pleased to announce the launch of two additional
committees: the Youth Education & Innovation Committee, lead by Mrs. Nahed Eshaq,
and the Advisory Committee which is lead by Ms. Doris Martin.

BBS is proud to launch its first ever newsletter, which will be issued twice a year.
