as a speaker in the Bahrain Chapter of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India (BCICAI) Virtual
Women Conference.

Launching of BBS 20th Anniversary book

Wednesday, March 17, 2021 – Supreme Council for Women Secretary General H.E. Hala Al-Ansari
held a virtual meeting with Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society newly-elected Board of Directors,
headed by Ahlam Janahi, and during the meeting discussed strengthening joint cooperation with
the aim of enhancing the contribution of Bahraini women in all commercial and economic activities
and investment in the Kingdom.

Al-Ansari began the meeting by congratulating the newly-elected BBS Board members, noting
the initiative of the Board of Directors to document the work of the Society twenty years after its
establishment by launching the book of the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society which documents
its contribution to the development and strengthening of economic and social relations amongst
businesswomen in Bahrain.
